ok well i have another wondering...who would win spider-man or carnage they are totally equal in every thing except intel...were spider me is like two stat dots hire....but carnage makes up for the lack of intel with insanity....also he can throw parts or his suit in any bladed form(knifes, throwing stars,ect...) and he can turn his hands into huge blades...and he normally has 4 or 5 inch claws or knifes whatever...so has a huge advantage over the bug...and also in the maximum carnage ser spidy had to have so much help to beat carnage......why cause carnage is the man..there one vote for carnage

The only thing that can defeat Spider-Man (and any good guy super hero) is old age.
Here's why:
1. Old Age of the comic writers, who get tired of writing the Spider Man stories, and kill him off (a la Superman's Death)
2. Old Age of the character Peter Parker / Spider-Man, who dies on his death bed, at the age of 123 yrs old.
3. Old Age of the readers who do not wish to read Spider-Man anymore, and therefore the writers decide to kill him off to boost sales of their comic one last time.
Spider-Man, as well as all good guy super heroes, have the great equalizer: "The Good Guy Factor".
With that, they cannot die. Their friends and family can die all the time, sure. But they cannot die. They can be beaten to a pulp, buried alive in a cement casket, and they'd still live... Dumb luck, you say? Nay, The Good Guy Factor.
And I hate you, so I voted Spidey. ;)
