i am stuck on the electric guy boss fight in mgs3 :( i want to get the stamina kill but his second stage attacks keep killing me!!

It's been a good long while since I played MGS3, or any MGS for that matter. MGS2's story just stuck out the most in my mind - that guy has a comic for MGS, MGS2, MGS3 and MGS Portable Ops.
