2004 Linuxfest Northwest

For all those that are interested, this Saturday, April 17th is the 2004 Northwest LinuxFest. Its being held at the Bellingham Technical College from 9:30 to 5:00pm and the Cost is FREE!!!!. You can find more information by going to www.linuxnorthwest.org.

wow all day? What kind of things go down at the fest? Can a total linux noob go and learn much about linux - enough to build his own machine with linux even? Just curious, cause I no no thing when it comes to linux...I just barely learned how to pronounce it! :x

btw scoot...CS made an appearance last lan, and threatens to do so again this lan! :x just in case you're interested...

I'm not trying to encourage the game mind you. ;) But it was played and it looks like it'll be played again by popular demand. One thing I AM trying to encourage though is that when people are at the LANs they'll see all the other games and perhaps get an interest in those too! Plus, the LAN is just plain fun to be at. :)
