But yeah, the future of this precedent would be determining consent. In your example, IMO, it clearly signifies consent if a professional (keyword) cheerleader puts on her skimpy outfit to go out an excite a bunch of guys. Hell its her job by definition (no a cheerleaders job is not to start chants of go-team-go; it's to look sexy).
