Oooh... Man... Aliens Vs Predator has SUCH potential. I've always been a big fan of Predator, and always enjoyed Alien... That said, I have to say I'm very afraid that this movie is going to suck.

As a regular browser of Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com) I've come to trust the scores for the films. The scores are based on the percent of positive external reviews...

The only problem I have with the spiderman movies.... is that the comic book Peter Parker had style, he had a way with words, he was suave. Toby Maguire.... he's a geek. He doesn't have the style, words, or suaveness.. :mad:

Comic Book Spidey was a cocky SOB when he fought too, he would taunt, dish out one-liners, etc, etc... He was playful when he was saving lives...

Movie Spidey is dead serious, doesn't joke when he's in the suit, etc, etc...

I like Comic Book Spidey.

Event Horizon scared the crap out of me, so I liked it.

Resident Evil was, quite possibly, the worst movie I've seen since Joe Dirt. I'm surprised it scored a 35%...

yeah event horizon was creepy. Resident evil was friggen funny imo. I laughed a lot of the way through it, not the best movie or even close. I wouldn't even buy it but it was chocked full o violence :)

I sure hope AVP turns out decent. I have a feeling people will be VERY mixed about it but whenever you go back to addon to a classic series everyone is going to have a slightly (or very) different opinion on how it should be. I just cant wait to see the preds dish it out to the aliens (and vice versa) while a bunch of humans get slaughtered in the crossfire! :woot:

I thought Event Horizon was all setup and no payoff, which is a shame, because I think it had gobs and gobs of potential. A haunted house? In space? Ooooooh!

It's the #1 movie I'd like to see re-made.
