I picked up a blazer this weekend.

I bought a 1980 blazer this weekend at the abandonded vehicle auction. we got it for 200 and when I went and looked at the carb its like a 350 dollar carb. Then in the back seat I found a set of nice holley valve covers and a weaind x-celrator intake. In all I scored like 500 bucks in free parts. And tommrow I am gonna get the starter tested and then slap it back on and see if she will run. Oh yeah :tup:

Screw the suburban. I am so sick of that thing. I am sick of diesel for the time being. I want to lift the blazer but I dont have enough money for the rims yet. Other than that I need to put the starter on and try to get er fiered up. Then we can wheel!!

I got my Blazer runnin today. Not near ready to go muddin yet but hopefully I can get it done in a week or so.

I got my motor pulled and all purdied up. I am gonna put it back in tommrow. I had to change the flex plate. Not fun but it had to get done. So yeah pretty soon we can go out buma.

I also scored a stock GM intake manifold from work that is a rare highrise from the factrory. Its worth about 400 bucks and I got it for free. I think I will put that on my stroker. Kinda to go with the stock/sleeper look of that motor I am gonna do.
