New Years Eve LAN!!

Ender (ohshi that's me!) is back and going to show BLE what they've been missing! :woot: I was sad to go back in June and wanted to be back ever since, and now is my chance! We're going to party 24 hours straight on New Years Eve, LAN PARTY BABY!!!!! W0000000000000000000000000000t!

Ya'll want to know some specifics. Well here's some:

Start: Dec 31 at noon.
End: Jan 1 2006 at noon or thereabouts (I will probably have to leave earlier than that...you'll have to be nice to Dave and Ghrog to stay longer, and help them clean up PLZ)
Food? Not provided by BLE, but feel free to bring your own to share. :) We'll probably hit up a denny's or whatever at some point too late at night.
Bring? nothing if you want - we'll have 2 gamecubes, 2 xbox's probably, and 2 360's probably, and 2 projector screens to enjoy them on. Or bring your PC (let us know if you are) cause I will and I want some BF2 LAN action. And if you have a DS and mariokart - YOU MUST BRING IT! I will own you! :woot:
Cost: [EDIT] Elephant gift! You must put your present in the bin when you come in! (ohshi that rhymes!) Spending limit is technically $10, but we're gonna make it so you never know who gave it anyways so yeah. Whatev.
The distro of gifts will take place by 4 pm fyi, so you'll want to arrive AT LEAST by then. :)

What we're gonna do: whatever! It will be pretty laid back and just relaxing LAN, consoles whatev. :) Good times to remember good times.

Oh yeah, another thing to bring: Bring a gift, wrapped up. We're doing the Elephant gift giving thing! I'm not exactly sure how it works, but you guys do, so let's do it! HAWT.

Anyways, location is 412i - forget to mention that. Ye olde home of BLE when I was there. It's on the Guide Meridian north of I-5 a couple miles. From Tacoma...hrmm...long ways. 100 + miles easily.

Those are for PC's. We're going to let everyone and their dog in that doesn't bring a PC, but the room isn't infinitely big ,and to allow for the breathing room for everyone, 20 pc's is being safe.

I think we can prolly expand to 25 though. Depends on the demand.

The Civ4 game will probably start pretty early, as it's not really a game that's best played when everyone is falling asleep. Plus I think some of the main players are gunna be heading out in the evening... =/

And even you made a comment about it! I <3 all my LAN buddies, but you really need to stop calling me a hypocrite.

P.S. I play at LEAST 4 different games of the hour. I am of the same thinking as my brother though, if everyone is having fun, why cut one game short?

Most lans are much shorter.

A 6 hour game in a 24 hour lan is less significant than a 6 hour game in a 15 hour lan.
