Best Western failed us with internet and poor DD got the brunt of the complaints from ppl which I think were unjustly due. He worked hard to fix it, so don't complain and bitch and whine. Next time though, we really need to find a different location. I'd rather pay the extra money to have a fully functional LAN than pay less with more hassle.

Yea, many props go to Dave for first of all setting that whole thing up (on time I may add.) But also many thanks for spending a good chunk of the LAN trying to make sure at least some people could play a game they really wanted to play and for trying to get / keep shit working. We all toss ya a load of shit, but I appreciate the hard work Dave.

Dave I dont care about how bad the lan was/wasn't. I had fun with my friends, and that made it worth it.

yeah thanks disco, I couldn't have said it better than shadow! BF2 and burnout were lots of fun! Thanks for spending the whole day sitting their working on getting it working and playing "guess the active window" while the rest of us gamed. You gave up playing games so we could have fun
