How would everyone feel about moving the BLE Gathering to Wednesday of next week, at 5:00pm?

If we could do that, then we could rent the entire track for only $275 for one hour. The little headcount bit I put up only resulted in 5 hands, but if we were to get 10 people to pay $20 each, then Ende-er....BLE can pay the difference.

The alternative is to go on Saturday, as planned. It's $13.75 per person for the first race, $12.50 per person for the next one. Basically, we'd be paying the same amount but instead of two races, we might be able to fit in 4 races in one hour.

SPEAK AND BE HEARD!

[Edit: BTW, If we go on Saturday we've gotta wait until around 6:00...and there will be other drivers, which is another advantage of renting the entire course and getting it all to ourselves].

Tuesday would be hard. The Inn starts at 9:00PM. So I'd have to go home, take a shower(so I don't smell like exhaust), eat dinner, then rush right back out.

Well, I dunno. It looks like Wednesday is definitely the most popular option, but I hate seeing people like Excessive want to make it that can't. I guess that's pretty unavoidable, though. =/

But then there's the people like M4lfunction and Superdude that have to leave work or school early...ugh.

I hate trying to plan these events, because I'm always trying to please everyone.

Screw work! It's after 3:30, so I'm done with the mandatory stuff at work. Just upkeep of product quantities, and that can be left alone for a day. I can do Tuesday, I just prefer Wednesday.

it's about 20 minutes south. And it's just off of the freeway. I can't remember which exit though. But once you get off the exit that I can't remember, you cross the bridge and turn right to run parallel to the freeway. It's on your left, you can't miss it.

Okay, Wednesday the 14th it is. :rup:

The price of rental is $275. Assuming we get around 10 people, which it's looking like now, we'll charge $20 each person and BLE will pay the remaining sum. The more people, the cheaper it will be for everyone. :rup:

yeah me too...now theres just a cold feeling deep within me. Like the world just stood around your house on your birthday, laughed at you and hurled insults, stole your presents, then brad pit stole your gf then your dog went to someone else to get petted then your house burnt down then bubba and mace and johnson get shot and your like pulling there ripped apart bodies through the foliage and bubbas all like holding his guts in and is like..."tell my mom...that...I...I..i...lov...." then he dies and he never even got married or anything and your all like "DIE YOU *insert derogitory word aimed at enemy*" and you pull out your 60 and let em have it. You sweep it back and forth tearing down charlie! Peoples limbs fly, gouts of blood fly, then suddenly palpantine like shoots the world and it explodes taking the whole universe with it. Which brings me to an idea why the bing bang would never work. The intense gravitational forces of it being nothing (think very very condensed) would create slow down time such as around the event horizon of a black whole. This would mean time would be basicly stopped so it could never occur or else as it expanded time would speed up meaning our ideas on how old the earth would be tottaly off and most theories would no longer work about dinosours or anything.
