Ah, August. The dog days of summer. Baseball is being played, people are going on vacation to see relatives, and BLE is gearing up for some sweet LAN parties and paintball :woot:.
Penny Arcade Expo (August 26th-28th) will be BLE's next offical LAN party, but it is more then just that to boot. Even if you don't like hanging out with us, I highly suggest you make the hajj to commune with your fellow video-game lovers; there will be lots of booths (which means booth babes :) ), lots of tournaments, discussions, fragging, videogame playing, social interaction (!), and stuff I can't even begin to discribe. Not to mention a BLE/LPNW crew is running the LAN party, which means for sure it won't crap out. Even if it does, there is so much more to do, you cannot go wrong :).
Also, in two weeks, PDXLan will be making it's annual apperance in Portland. Even though we got in a bit of a tiff with the admins there, everything looks like it has smoothed out and they're (as are we) ready to rock and rool :tup:.
And as a final reminder, Paint Ball is still going on August 6th. Make sure you RSVP: http://www.bellinghamlan.com/lan_events?eventid=27 .
