Xboxers! Opinions please!

Hey how would you xboxers feel if we moved you into the adjacent empty offices? We could put two tvs per office making each an 8 player gaming room. You'd be in offices right across and next to each other so you'd be able to yell taunts and be heard all you wanted. ;)

Reason is is we'd kinda like to allow a few more pc spots and there really isn't anymore room in that main room unless we free up the areas currently used by xboxs.

I suppose this means the wall screen is no longer an option... but it was a little fuzzy anyway.

Those rooms, of course, will be pretty cramped with 8 players in them... it will take some clever organizing.

well we would like to keep the projector in that same office. The Bandit has one and so we'd like to have one for the pcs and one for the xboxs.

Yeah it will take some organizing but I was looking at it last night and I think it will work with 8 in a room. I R teh clever organiz0r!

Actually, it isn't fuzzy anymore. As several people here will attest to. I was being stupid at the March lan. I didn't have a long S-video cable so being retarded I used an S-Video to RCA adapter. Not thinking clearly I forgot that it would retard the quality back down to RCA quality. This last lan I just moved the Xbox to the back and used only the S-Video and the picture was nice and crisp!

it'l get hot pretty quick in those small rooms if there are 8 people in there. Might want to include some fans as well =/

I might be able to bring my pj to the next Lan, its just a pain in the ass remounting it and lining it up to my screen again. I don't know what you have in mind for it, just let me know. Its a 16x9 native projector (isn't Soul Calibor 16x9) so keep in mind that 4x3 stuff will have annoying black bars on the side. It has an odd resolution of 960x544 (I think, whatever 1/4 true HD is for easier scaling) so 1:1 pixel mapping is hard or maybe impossible. It has VGA, and DVI inputs but I've never hooked it up to a computer so don't look to me for help.

I have it hooked up to the XBOX via component cables and the pj supports progressive scan and 16x9 so if Soul Calibor is 16x9 and progressive scan that would be pretty cool. So just PM or e-mail me as I doubt I will recheck this thread anytime soon and tell me what plans you have for it and I'll see what I can do.
