What are you talking about? Graphical user interface device? Great Uber Infernal Destroyer? Gyroscopic Uterine Insertion device?

It's a unique ID for each game, a way to ensure people aren't smurfing or whatever. TWL requires it for ladder play.

It's the username you have when you sign into the game you goofball.

its either what fear posted or the last group of characters on your cd key...

im guessing characters, cuz otherwise theyd ask for the account instead.

GUID means something different in every game. In Asheron's Call (the best MMO ever, as far as I'm concerned), each item in the game had a GUID. It allowed for people to set up third-party apps to cast buffs on items and armor without having them in their possession (which was otherwise required).

Gaming terminology really sucks, sometimes.

yeah I've been trying to join the team, but couldn't figure out wth the bf2 guid was. I've got it now, so I will be on the team shortly. :)

And if you think that we'll be starting earlier than 9 then...well yeah. Some people might be, but I'm guessing the majority will be starting up about then.

Well, keeping in mind that I'm supposedly one of the driving forces behind this, I can assure you that I will never be on sooner than 9 pm PST.
