DZ I was talking to reinforcements today - I think there'd be enough to put us on either the 8v8 or 12v12: both with backup peoples. Just judging from the LAN itself:

I figure if you had 16 people on the roster, 8 who were serious, 4 who were semi serious (played when they could but didn't play the game exclusively), and 4 who just played it with us at LANs and knew what they were doing, that would be a viable team for sure.

I want to be part of DZ's Heroes too! A BG2 Team for this would be AWESOME! I'm in for sure.

You don't want to have too many squad member from what I can tell in this game. Plus with 8v8 or 12v12, there's not much room for big squads. However, if/since we'd have extra players (ie another lineup) maybe it would be best to have 8 player starting lineup, with each squad having a backup or two guys in case someone from the starting lineup couldn't play.

Especially not when the squad's goal is infiltration. A 3 man squad seems like the perfect size, to me. One medic (Silver), one special forces (Warder) and one Support/Assault for cover (DZ). Friggin, DZ's Heros.

Just come up with a cool name for your squad and it'll be schwag too. :D
