hey, i'm trying to set up an FTP server, for the heck of it. The IP is 67.168.21.25 ;it has pics of past lan events, all the upgrades and patches listed on this site (so you don't have to go through all the crap to dl them), some video, and the ut2k4 demo.

ftp://67.168.21.25

if it doesn't work, just screem @ this forum

Stuff you could host?

1. I have the shaky recording of a Star Wars Episode III promotional video (8.8 MB) that shows some rough shots of the film. It runs about 2:45 in length.

2. I have the Halo 2 Hi-Res E3 In-Game Demo (153 MB). It's a nine minute in-game demo from last year's E3. Very spectacular footage.

We're hoping to get our ftp server up towards the end of the week. It's actually up right now and it works just fine...it's just a matter of loading it up with software, along with getting all the games on there (it's also going to serve as a main game server).

We probably won't use ours as an http server...it'll just be an ftp server and game server.

We're looking at fitting it with a 2600 processor and possibly more ram (right now it has 768 ) later down the line.
