I had to play chess this weekend. Our team (Sehome) ended up doing ok, we got 5th (out of 40 teams that qualified). I think we could've done better, but oh well.
Anyways, how did the LAN partay go? Did I miss any police officers humping Alyx? Was there loads of gay DZ buttsecks? Did the NES catch on fire after intence games of Joust?

No. Disco did haxxor Pin Bot with a 7 million point score or something.

The LAN was totally fun! It also marked my anniversary of having come to the LAN's! :woot:

DZ was like a don't-ask-don't-tell sailor of the poopshoot degree. Holy cow I've never heard so many iterations of cornholing outside of a bar in the Castro.

P.S. Today, at tech rehersal, I found myself saying things like "Area lights activate GO!" That's what a LAN will do to my expressions. There were also ample opportunities to swear at electronics.

I'm talking about taste. And I like red Bull too. But you get almost 2 times the Rockstar for the same price.
