You don't really need anywhere to drive, if I had a vehicle I enjoyed driving, I would just go and drive. No real destination, when ya get to a turn, decide then if you go left or right. Ionno, driving w/o a destination at night especially helps me get rid of boredom and relax.

You should drive to my hosue for no apparent reason.
It'd take you like 30 minutes.

I used to do that.... and I would right now... but.... I don't know. I'm just not liking this. I need to go hit up the bars or something. But I usually do that with Robbie... and he's out of town. I'd feel a little unconfortable bar hopping alone. But.... it does cut down on the competition. ;)

So you are one of the a-holes that will come racing out to my street, pull up, spin around then race off with your loud ass exhaust? Thanks. I try and sleep and you guys keep me up late at night. Some times people will stop at the bottom, get out of their car and talk very loudly, laugh, mess around with their friends waking everyone up. I'd walk out there with a bat... but they already know where I live. I'd be worried they'd trash my car.

Ok good! ;) Just a tip... people hate it when you blast by their house late at night. During the summer, people will race by on their Harleys, and no joke, it is loud enough to startle me awake when I have my window SHUT. It pisses me off sooooo much.

Hmm... that might work out. I'll have to see. My aunt and grandmother are in town for my mom's 50th Bday... But that shouldn't be an issue. And I don't think I have any tests next week.... and it's not like I'm hurting in either class either. Have you been to Nightlite? Pretty killer place. I think they only charge cover on weekends too. The Depot is an older crowd(good food though). Only other places I've been is the Up&Up, The Factory, and the QB. QB was too smokey, Up&Up seemed to have a decent amount of girls. No clue about the Factory though, I was there for a hardcore punk concert... Not a good thing to base the place on. Where do you like to go?

The first night I had my car I put over a hundred on it. Not all of those miles were relaxation though. Some were kinda freaky... I worry about deer jumping out in front of me, so that's been keeping my speed down at night.

I came within a foot or two of hitting a pair of deer a couple months ago. They jumped out in front of me on a corner on North Shore. On the bright side, it was literally right in front of the driveway of some old family friends (one of whom just happens to own Wholesale Auto ;))
At least I'd have had somewhere to go inside and call my parents, sit down, and calm down.

LOL. I live on the Y Road, I've got more of North Shore to deal with than you, unless you just happen to live in the three miles or so that's past the Y Road.
Then again, I take Mt. Baker Highway at night, usually. If it's particularly cold, or possibly snowy, I'll take N. Shore, but I seem to usually have some jackass tailgating with his hi-beams on.

Absolutely not. You won't see much change at all. Right now, only 1 house per 5 acres. The only exceptions will be where someone has already had the permit approved, land subdivided, etc from several years ago. And if you are following what's going on right now in the local politics, Dan McShane(I think that's who it is), is trying to shut down ALL development in the watershed. Which means all of Sudden Valley, Geneva, North Shore, the half of Alabama that is from the crest to the lake, all of Briton rd, top of Barkley Blvd, etc. My uncle owns a piece of property up at the top of my street and is scrambling to get his permits in before he gets screwed out of building. He just spent over 200 thousand on his property and he might not get to build.

Haha, you know that 300z on northshore? I think its TT but it's black with chrome 5 spokes. Well he pulled up next to me on lakeway and jumped forward so I just watched the light and it turned green........ and...... he owned me hardcore. haha, wasn't expecting anything different. At least I as a Honda owner know that my ass will be kicked by a ton of cars out there, I never said my car was fast, I enjoy my car still though, I'd like for it to go faster but until then I'll just have to settle for always being called a ricer.

Yep, I know the Z. That guy used to live near the bottom of Briton. I used to drool over his Z... I don't have a thing against Honda's in general.... it's a thing against people taking economy FWD cars, adding and intake and exhaust and thinking they own a sports car. Or... when people take a wing that is meant for a RWD sports car and put it on their FWD car... Or... when people buy a 4 door economy car and put $60,000 into their car trying, and yes, sometimes actually making it fast. It's a waste. Oh, and if you get a 4 door Accord and actually make it fast, it still won't handle that great. They just aren't engineered for high speed driving or racing on windy mountain roads.

I raced a camero in my metro the other day. So I pulled up to the light and looked over at this bald guy with sunglasses and rev'd the engine like an idiot and nodded to him. He started laughing immediately, haha. Then the light went green and we both floored it, I got totally stomped right off the bat.. However, as I told Simms, I would just pass him when he thought we were dont racing ;) So sure enough he starts to slow down, and as I zoom by I give him a wave. lolz
Also: I saw this thing on Speed channel the other day... Apperantly some guy put 17g into his Ford Focus, and was just now adding a NoS system to it. So after he gets it all in and ready, they Dyno'd it on the show... 170HP...
..
... A 2004 Kawasaki ZX-10 gets 153HP stock... and yes, that is a motorcycle.

I disagree with you on some points, I have seen Honda Accords in races against Audis, BMWs and other nice cars, you can make a Honda Accord fast and handle well, as shown by the following.
http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/speedway/3178/piaa_s.jpg
http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/speedway/3178/neuspeed_s.jpg
http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/speedway/3178/casaccord_s.jpg
(notice all three of these are four doors as well)
Now I'm not saying that that is not incredibly hard, but I actually do like my accords look. If you were to put in an H22 and Turbo the accord can be a contender. But I dont care about being a contender right now, I dont have the money and I dont have the drive. I want to make my car look how I want it, just the same as how I would want to make any car I ever own, look how I want it. It's a passion that I enjoy, I'm not out there saying my car could beat any car out there by 5 car legnths, I'm just saying, I want my car to look/perform/handle how I want it to. We all have the same hobby, we just start from a different base, if I could afford a car like yours, I would mod it how I wanted, but I can't afford a car like yours, so I will have to start a notch lower than you and my ceiling may be lower than yours, I may only be able to reach a certain point where it becomes unreasonable to mod it, but it is the journey from the start to the end product that makes it all enjoyable.
There may be a bad name around Honda's because of some Jackasses who actually do think their car is the best in the world. But looking down on people just because they have a passion to mold something into their desire is just as much of an jackass opinion.
