I enjoyed this movie, but I'm pretty sure the only reason is because Natalie Portman is friggin-forkin' hot. As in, smoking, flaming, scaldingly hot. She plays a stripper, and spends a lot of time near nekkid, which is always good, but my favorite part was a scene towards the end where she's wearing a white t-shirt and a pair of boxers, and spends the entire scene laying in bed.

If you enjoyed the Girl Next Door, you'd probably like this movie, just because both movies seem to be held entirely by a smokin' hot chick. They're like PG-13 pornos.

She's seems to like white shirts.

Nah... Girl Next Door = Comedy
Closer = nipple-twisting pain of a drama

Don't get me wrong, Closer was a fine film. It had brilliant acting, but the story wasn't anything interesting.

I had this discussion with Ender regarding Girl Next Door. It never struck me as being a comedy. I don't remember ever laughing, or even smirking.

There were some definite LOL moments in there. You should watch it again, but after you've been awake 72 hours straight. I don't think you'll be able to control the laughter!!
