I don't get nearly that many fps in UT2k4 with that resolution, and I've got a 9800pro as well.

What cpu?

use this (http://suran.bytechase.cx/lpnw/ut2k4_bench.exe) to benchmark ut2k4. and be sure to post the res, too. on my rig i get about 104 fps in "bot match" and 227 flyby, @ 1024x768

(some of you may already have it, its just benchmark.exe from ut2k4. put it in the system folder with the ut2004.exe)
