Hey all....just a quick reminder, that DiscoDave did get his CD player ripped off at the last LAN. Everyone shold bring him something. You know like something atleast equal to (in quality and significance) as the "Super Amazing Top Secret Prize". Or better yet....White Elephant gift exchange. Either way, please lock your doors at the LAN!

I was kinda wondering about things getting ripped off. How do we keep our stuff from disappearing during the party? It looks like there will be a large crowd. And with it being open doors and all.... I would hate to have any of my stuff ripped off.

I'll hide in a bush and for a small protection fee beat the living crap out of anyone who comes near your car who doesnt say the password (including you incase of evil clones).

Personally I'm bringing a bag I'm gonna lock up and the lock somewhere, my computer has a few locks on it also, so I'll lock those up, we should try and keep the public crowds if any to a minimum.

There hasn't ever been a problem INSIDE where the LAN is that I've ever heard of anywhere. Basically there's always someone around in there and nobody would be fool enough to go rummaging through somebody's stuff that everybody else knew wasn't theirs.

However, Disco did get his cd player stolen out of his car last LAN. Granted, he doesn't generally lock his doors anywhere he goes so some might say he was asking for it. But that doesn't mean we aren't concerned.

We have devised a means of 'keeping an eye' on things down in the parking lot for the entire duration of the LAN, so none of you should have anything to worry about. That said, LOCK YOUR FRIGGIN DOORS! ;)

And to help out Dave, contact Airstotle with your donation at the LAN and keep it privy. :)

I've already replaced my puny cd player with a much manlier MP3 player, so don't spend your time worrying about me. ;)

...not that I...uh...read this thread, or anything...
