Parental Agreement

Hey guys, I know this is a bit of a bummer, but we need to have anyone under the age of 18 to give this sheet to a parent/legal guardian in case a monitor somehow lands on your head and we get angry parents wondering why I dropped it there. :o

BLE's resident staff of highly trained legal experts insist upon this...I tried to talk them out of it, but they said lots of really long legal words and generally confused me into submission.

I'M SO WEAK!

Anyway...one signed sheet per minor. And some of you more irresponsible "adults" should probably get these signed too.

You know who you are. :stare:

An alternative for minors to filling these out every month is to have your parental guardians people talk to either myself or Ender at the lan.

It's written with Word...what program are you using?

I should probably convert it to something more common, like...uh...Wordpad. Yea, we'll have copies tomorrow. :rup:

you can probably force it to open in notepad. Notepad opens all.

I tried opening it on notepad, but for some reason, its all in code with a few visible words like "not responsible" and "DiscoDave" that are in it, otherwise its just a bunch of O�%09 crap >_<

Ill just have my mom sign it when she drops me off on friday.

EDIT: My computer is extremely screwed up, Word doesnt like to run sometimes... It must be allergic to DiscoDave's typing. ^_^&W

If you were unable to read the previous document, try this one.

Open it up in Wordpad, and change all the margins to .5 You can find that option under File and Page Setup. If you don't do this, the page won't print completely.
