I went around tellin people, I had to infiltrate the library and print out fliers without permission, I managed to get 5 out, I put one at the Magic Card table, and gave some to some friends, we ought to have some ppls comein :) and I might bring a friend along with me as well. Of course, I will bring my pimped out GameCube too!

I don't understand what exactly the spots mean. I haven't been to 1 before. I'm not looking to enter any of the tournaments because i don't play any of the games listed except for Halo. Because Me and My bro are going for sure, but i have another talented friend that might wanna go. And my brother has his girlfriend who enjoys halo and is also really good, who he might bring. So does this mean i need to sign each of them up for a separate spot??

Each spot = 1 person. There's only so much room for us to use, and only so many resources we're going to use. We may or may not expand in the future, but for the time being we're fairly limited in terms of how many people can actually fit.
