lol... Dude you should look at your powersupply capacity. Also check your BIOS to see what temp your CPU is running at, if it's over a preset temp then your computer will reboot every time it reaches that temp in an attempt to save your hardware.

Then your power supply is probably failing. Go into the BIOS and check the voltage levels, make sure they're up to spec. Then grab a BIOS monitor and watch the voltages/temps while you're playing UT2k4. (Alt-tab every once in a while to check)

What's the crack for? Is it a no cd crack? If so you don't need one as the latest patch for the game includes one. If it's because it's not a legit copy of the game - just go buy the game, and ignore the smart ass comments you get on these boards. ;)
Nice to see you posting btw. :)
If all the above are going the way they should, then FeaR is right, it's prolly because your video card isn't getting enough power. The 6800 is a beast, and UT is a beast, so when you start it up your comp (both cpu and vid card) are going to be wanting to suck more power...that will hurt the hardiest of power supplies. :(

A post by Ender that has the words "beast" and "suck" in the same paragraph. That's so damn hawt.

I would suggest uninstalling it, then reinstalling it without a crack.

yeah, uninstall it, reinstall it, then go to www.unrealtournament.com and find the latest patch. :rup: You should be good to go then.

Do you have Windows XP Service Pack 2? I've heard that this is causing reboots upon running some games.
