You know the drill, LAN starts at 10 am, goes til 2 am, if you're not driving and not getting a ride from someone AT THE LAN, then you have to be picked up by midnight. Pizza, sodas, and snacks provided of course, fun tournaments/contests on both xbox and PC. Game of the hour is back with a new format - any tournament will be held during that game's time as game of the hour. Each game will likely get it's own time, and for 2-3 hours depending on popularity from previous LANs. A list of game of the hours will be posted in this thread when it is set up. :rup:

There's no need to put CS on any 'games played' list in the world - it's a dead given that it will be played. ;) For the tournaments, we'll be holding off till the big LAN. ;)

I made that a standard because people were signing up to help setup (obvious benefit, get to set up the night before, basically get a head start on LANning) but not sticking around to help tear down (no obvious benefits - cleaning up sucks ;)). So that's how it started...however, since pyro is only offereing to help tear down, that's fine with me, 'cause that's the part that needs the most help and is the most unpleasant.

Hey I volunteered to help teardown...I believe I was the first!:)

Maybe if people help setup (obvious beneifts) maybe thay should be reqiuired to teardown too, this will dissuade the scumbag leeches that take without the give...know what I mean?
