hey guys, just got alaptop from homeslice and fixed it but i need a external cd drive but a older one ie printer cable connection i must test it before i pay th x email me at skylbax@hotmail.com

They aren't very easy to find anymore.

The smarter thing to do would be to get this External case (http://store.yahoo.com/coolingfan/cd5cdpasc3ex.html) And buy a drive seperate. That way you can upgrade the drive.

jees 77 bucks???!Q!? i could buy a cdrw external for 30 i was thinking like a old used one for 5 to 10 bucks:kneel:

You asked for a parallel connection. The ones for around $50 use USB.
