This just in........

Airstotle coming to June LAN. stop.
Much RvS and BF (any mod) will be played. stop.
Going against the grain and refusing to play 6 hours of UT2K4. stop.
Also, no Quake for Airstotle. stop.
Wearing combat boots with steel toes for anyone who has Viri on rig. stop.
Will pummel person / persons responsible for Viri. stop.
Wants nothing more than to have fun and snacks. stop.
That is all. stop.

I think you might like Deathball...even though it's a UT2k4 mod, instead of it being a twitch game (like UT), the game requires (imo) more strategic thinking than RVS, and WAY more teamwork. It's really fun on a lan. =D.

Yes I normaly can not stand more than an hour of UT2k4. but I enjoyed deathball. Its not about getting fraged over and over by the same guy. Unless its Itsmeee in the goalie box. ;)

Deathball was fun, but it took a while for me to get used to it. It's got a really weird feel to it... but yeah, twas good. That instagib invasion was crazy though. Fun, but all the "good" people would sit in one spot and wait for the monstars to come! :grumpy:

I liked it for about 2 hours, then i lost interest and just toyed with the goalies (Itsmee and DD)

But, Deathball doesn't even resemble UT2k4! Except for the fact that it's a UT2k4 mod......

BUT THAT'S IRRELAVANT.

It's like football and soccer combined. Awesome.

Plus, you get to take it to Endad's face and score on him. :rup:

Did you play it at a LAN?

The game sucks online but is killer at a LAN.

Dusk + Deezee = UNSTOPPABLE SCORING MONSTER.

Besides, I don't have any BF games. :(

no worries DZ - EA sent us an email threatning to destroy all our patrons bf cd keys if we continued to harbor Jobe16 at our LANs...naturally we like Jobe much more than those half-assed battlefield games (I mean seriously, any game where some noob can get in a tank and take cp points and be the highest score obviously lacks anything that a good game would have) we told them to shove it up their arse and burn our cd keys all they wanted! Which they did! Just try and play it now and you won't be able to...but that's all good, it will leave more time for 2k4. :D
