Heyas all. Big thanks to all who came out and played RvS last night! It was a blast!
I'm really getting into this game, and so I've set up a scrim with one of the best RvS clans out there, SMAK, so I can get a feel for what competitve RvS is like. I've competed in a bunch of games, but never one like this, so it's all new to me.
Anyways, it'd prolly be a 7v7 or so and a few of my clanmates are likely to want to play, but we won't have enough for that. Anyone here want to play? It'd be next Saturday night. Not sure on the time yet, but if you want to play plan on around 7:00 PST. Post in this thread if you'd like to participate! I'll set up our roster or whatever to make sure that everyone plays so just let me know if you want to!

Ok troops! I will be practicing on Thursday night, Friday night, and maybe a tad before the scrim on Sat. You can look me up online at any of those times on mIRC (which btw, the network I use just merged with another network so the whole thing is still kinda whacked. Madman will be posting that thread on Wednesday and that should help clear everything up) if you'd like to practice with me. Also, when you're online with me, please have the following two programs dl'd and installed for testing:
Ventrilo Voice Comm (http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php)
and
Team Speak 2 (www.teamspeak.org)
You'll need the client version for both those. Plan on using ts2 (it's the one we normally use at the LAN) but have them both just in case there's an issue with one or the other.

FYI: From my clan we have:
Ender
Madman
Butress
Grommit
Gr8

That's 10 altogether so far, so not everyone will always be playing. The scrim is at 8 pm PST (11:00 EST) so the first map is likely to have all those who are east coasters and those of us on the west that can't stay up too late. :)
