LOL the trick to the initial fall off the chair is to do what I do: you sit waaaay forward on the edge of your seat, then you see something interesting and sit bolt upright really fast. It works like a charm, everytime! :tup:

ok, watch me again. I'm going to do an easy one this time. Its called the stretch n die. Simply lean back spread your arms wide behind you. Stretch your arms then while pressing back hard with your head stretch your feet in such a way that they hit the ground hard which will nock you backwards off your chair.
