Well, I drive a 2000 Eclipse, and I just spent EVERY last penny I dont have on lowering springs, wheels/tires, and a new exhaust, all this was supposed to be installed today...

I'm at work, having a SLOW< boring, generally BAD day, only thing keepin' my going was, "Ima have my pimpin ride and pickin up the chicks on a friday night!!"

GUESS WHAT!

Call on my cell phone, Dad callin' to say, some "troubles" with the car, my front strut is almost completely worthless, and my front brakes are basically gone. W00t! Not only dont I get the car tonight, but I get to wait the whole f***in' weekend w/o any ride, and i get to pay an additional 500+ bucks...talk about pissed!

Omg, yousuck =/

Its not that bad, I want to drive so bad... I just need $750 to pay for parts for the engine, and then another $300 for paint.

Exhaust - $100
Wheels - $380
Tires - $275
Springs - $150
Install - $350

Total - $1255

THEN add another....say 300 low end price

$1555, I dunno about you, but im sorta broke, especially owing around $9000 for the car...god, its worth it though...gotta go pick me up some ladies and stufforz...crap, well, add another 2 bucks for a small bag since those are so popular...

Dad didnt do anything to it, just normal "wear and tear" I guess. The installers said they would put it back together for me, but since I already paid for the labor to take it apart in the first place, might as well have them replace those things while it was open. I figured it was worth waiting in order to save money...

You know what I noticed? Stoners are just about the safest people in the world to ride with. I rode to quiznos the other day with a stoner, and he was going on the Guide Meridian, but he was totally cautious, because any sudden movement too close to him freaked him out. So, he stayed a good distance from other cars, used all his signals properly and everything, he was totally safe. Then, I rode with him while he WASN'T stoned once, and I nearly died like twenty times.

The floors surprisingly comfortable for this, if you have a wireless keyboard. :D

Whatever. We were *given* our airline tickets. We went out on my *uncle's* boat so that was free, and we hunted at a friends ranch. This was a very low budget trip.

Must go again! Actually, it doesn't look like we'll be going next year. Cali is raising the price on pig tags. From $10 non-resident to $50.
