If you lay down in the brush they get confused a lot easier. sometimes they walk up so close to you they push you around. But I did think it was a prety tough demo.

yeah, once you get a p90 it's a lot easier...that pistol they start you out with kinda blows. I used the machete more. :)

Man, what a sweet game! I'm totally impressed with it's graphics, gameplay, everything really. Frickin is a power hog though...I had the settings for video set to medium and it was still a little choppy and hard to see things at times. Still looks totally good. And it's not like my system is weak either...I'm running an overclocked 2600+ with 1 gig of 2700 ram and 128mb gf4 4400. Got lots of power. But the game wants more to run smoother. Oh well, I've always been more about gameplay anyways. I usually turn all my games to lower settings to make it more playable and better framerates. :D

Yea, it's pretty tough. But here's a hint...on the dock, there's a barrel of gas. Take it out, and it'll blow up the guys that are fishing. That leaves just a couple more guys and then you get the heavier firepower. The downside is, it'll also blow up the motor boat that has the uber-gun that can take out the rest of the coast with relative ease.

Otherwise, on that first island, you can take your boat around back and crawl under the floor and take people out from below. It's a little harder, but it's pretty fun. ;)

And the game runs nicely on my 2600 + 9800 pro. *cackle*

Oh...and you don't have to go after the first island...if you take the boat around to the left, there'll be another entry to the island with only a couple guys and a jeep you can use.

I eventually got past the first island by actually getting rid of all the guys, but I made it to the satellite the first time by taking the boat around the island to the right and coming up the back side. You have to hug the shore though, or their stupid helicopter will come and blast you. :mad:*

Pretty cool though, I like all the different ways you can do things.

Good demo, I beat it by going in straight till I got the sniper rifle. Then I took out the black guy by the docked patrol boat so I could attract that boat to me. It worked nicely, two guys jumped in and after they took off I took out the gunner so I would be safe then when they got the boat to me I took out the drive too (nice vallete service). So then I drove it around to the right of the island and took out the PT boat there and proceded to climb up a ridge straight to the top level from the water. From there I took out the sniper who wasn't even looking my way and moved on to the towers where I desmiated the gaurds and blew the helos outa the sky.

The demo was a lot of fun! The AI was amazing with there teamwork, conversation, and movements! I did get annoyed with the helo attacks though. I got the jeep to jump a ridge and got across to a part of the island I don't think I was supposed to get too but then the voice came over the radio saying that I should stay out of the sea and the copter came and killed me :( I was deaded.
