April LAN was great! Man oh man I don't think I've ever been to a better LAN.
Our Game of the Hour seemed to be a big hit with every game having most of the attendees in game fraggin it up! The most popular being Unreal Tournament 2004 in which we played nearly every mod that comes with it! :woot:
The Game of the Hour prizes also seemed to be a big hit, esp since nobody had any idea what they were going to be for so there was much randomness. Like Superdude using a shotgun in rvs. :bulb:
The triathalon was a riot, rvs pistols only had some surprise outcomes, and Quake 3 Generations Arena was also a blast! :rup: ggs_to all who played and way to go those that won! The RC cars, the BB gun, the aged Air Cannon, Mariokart, and Midnight club 2 all made appearances to help us weed out the winners! It was teh blast! Better than a Prom night you might say! Or participating in a youth government or something else! ;) :p
But I'd have to say that nothing provided more satisfaction to me (and perhaps this is why all you haters didn't like it :mad: :p) was the dinner giveaway hour. I know you got a power cord in the eye Homeslice, but damn it was funny! :haha: The 1.4 disk that about took my head off was great too, as well Airstotle theifing a cordless mouse for the flea flick toss! :rofl: Next time I'll be sure to move around the room more so as to mix up the mayham a tad more...and I'll prolly ask for less stuff to be ripped out of your computers so as not to risk anyone damaging anything expensive. ;) btw, whoever it was that won the cd burning contest, I'm mailing that cd to your house. ;) bwuahahahahha :rofl:
